Policies

You are a valued person and not a number so I will evaluate each situation with kindness first and foremost. These policies are not meant as a punishment only as a protection to myself and my business. I have put a lot of time and effort into building my craft and I thank you for trusting me with your hair and respecting my business.

I want you to love your hair! If there’s something I didn’t quite hit the mark with, I kindly ask that you reach out within 7 days and schedule an adjustment within 14 days of original appointment and I will gladly adjust the issue at no cost. Because time and product cost cannot be returned, I do not offer refunds.

A cancellation with 48-24 hrs notice will be charged a 50% service fee.

A cancellation with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged a 100% service fee.

A no contact/no show will be charged a 100% service fee and a deposit required in order to book again.

Stuff happens! If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible and drive safe. If you are more than 15 minutes late, aspects of the service may be cut in order to stay on schedule. If more than 30 minutes late, the service will be rescheduled and a 50% fee charged.

An appointment reschdueled with less than 24 hrs notice more than once will require a deposit to rebook.

  • I don't see men's cuts on your services, do you only service women?
    I do not discriminate! However, my specialties are not clipper cuts or fades. If I can achieve the look you are going for with scissors, whether you are a man or woman, I'm happy to help. If you are in need of a clipper cut or fade, I can recommend you to another stylist that would be a better fit.
  • Why are services only all inclusive packages instead of a-la-carte?
    I want to make sure you're not just receiving a service, but that you're getting a luxury experience. Finding a stylist you trust is hard enough, but knowing what you need is even harder. And it's not your job! It's mine. I found that being able to communicate your goal and know that I'm going to do everything needed to get you there works best for all parties. Let me pamper you!
  • What if I don't know what I need or see it listed on your menu?
    Maybe you know what your inspiration is but you're not sure what you would actually need to get there. That's where my New Guest Form comes in handy! When you share your inspiration and where you hair is currently at, I can use my experience to recommend the service package that is just right for you. I understand that the form can feel like another step that is tedious, but it's so worth it to make sure we are on the same page and have a plan perfect for you!
